Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Screening Logistics in Indianapolis, IN. You will monitor access points, screen individuals and materials, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen authorized individuals, packages, cargo, and/or vehicles in accordance with established access-control and screening procedures, helping to identify prohibited or unauthorized items.
• Verify identification, credentials, shipping documentation, and access permissions before allowing entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
