Qualifications

• Background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility entrances, parking areas, and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activities or safety hazards to site leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain communications with site contacts.
