Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Route Driver in Somers Point, NJ. This part-time role involves driving to service healthcare sites, patrolling premises, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents and assist patients, visitors, and staff.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors and exteriors.
• Ability to respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols.
• Ability to monitor access points and communicate with site leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with healthcare staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
