Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel per site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and exterior areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, maintain logs, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly per site protocols and notify leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate findings to site contacts.
