Qualifications

• At least one year of security experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or license is preferred; CPR certification is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required; licensing varies by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and report concerns.
• Maintain daily activity reports and uphold confidentiality in a tech-focused site.
