Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and vendor access.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed records of incidents and activities.
