Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at a financial institution by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain orderly access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
