Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Patrol Incident Response) in Fort Wayne, IN. You will patrol unarmed, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The schedule is part-time with shifts including daytime hours. CPR certification and a high school diploma are preferred, and background checks and a drug screen may be required.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background checks and drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to maintain secure areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, professional reporting.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate to site contacts and leadership.
