Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation; communicate with site representatives.
