Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and employee activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, and activities for Allied Universal supervision.
