Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• License requirements may apply.
• Minimum ages: 18 for unarmed, 21+ for armed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear and accurate patrol and incident reports.
