Qualifications

Applicants must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background check and drug screen are required by law.
Driver's license is required for driving positions only.
Guard card or license is preferred and access control experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the automotive finance office location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as directed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, entrances and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization when required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
