Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive finance office location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Complete detailed activity logs and shift documentation; communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
