Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors.
Conduct patrols of buildings, equipment areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeters.
Monitor access activity and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and notify site contacts as needed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols and incidents.
