Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks are conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and report to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrol activities and incidents in required reports and logs.
