Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage location by following site policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site policies; maintain access and incident documentation.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations; escalate to site leadership and emergency services as appropriate.
Observe loading, receiving, and shipping areas for adherence to site access requirements; report hazards.
