Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm, documented manner.
• Monitor entry and exit activity and verify visitor/contractor access.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
