Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, background check and drug screen may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and the perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; document activities per site procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor access, and maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership and site representatives.
