Qualifications

• Minimum requirement includes customer service experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening are required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while performing security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, operations and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident and access reports and communicate with supervision and site contacts.
