Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and report access-control concerns as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow established response procedures.
• Document patrol observations and daily activities in required reports and communicate findings to leadership and site contacts.
