• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and staff by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail common areas, perimeters, parking lots, and other locations.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and report as needed.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized activity and policy violations.
• Prepare daily activity reports and share information with leadership and site representatives.
