Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and background check.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility including parking and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; deter unauthorized access.
• Complete activity reports and communicate observations to appropriate staff.
