Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Incident Support to provide reliable security and customer service at an industrial site, with fixed anchor shifts and optional additional shifts.

The role offers an $18.75 USD hourly pay, part-time schedule, and opportunities to grow. Requirements include security experience, valid driver’s license, and background checks; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials as directed, and reporting access-control concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and documenting actions taken.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
