Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Support Driver in Benton Harbor, MI. You will provide customer service while conducting patrols at a manufacturing/industrial location, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and ensure a secure environment.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to take on new shifts through our Claim a Shift platform. Apply to join a values-driven team.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Alarm panels experience preferred.
• Access control and badge systems experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening mandated by policy.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and monitor production areas and facility perimeter.
• Verify entry points, maintain logs and report access-control concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and medical situations with proper protocol.
• Document patrols and incidents in accurate shift reports.
