The position requires a valid driver’s license, inclusion in Allied Universal’s driver policy, and the ability to work varied shifts with weekend coverage. Pay is $16.40 per hour, with training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license as per policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utilities facilities, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation and communicate observations to leadership.
