Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer (X Ray Screening) in Bessemer, AL to protect clients at a technology-focused site. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a computer or tablet.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) or 21+ (armed) years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused site.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and document activities.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports for Allied Universal leadership.
