Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply and must be satisfied where required by state/local laws.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to retail store clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents, concerns, suspected theft, and other critical situations calmly and effectively.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail location, store floors, stock areas, entries, exits, and parking areas.
Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, or maintenance concerns to store personnel and leadership.
Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, supporting a professional and welcoming environment.
