Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Security Guard in Reynoldsburg, OH. The role focuses on patrolling a retail location, delivering customer service, and maintaining safety with a visible security presence.

Pay rate is $18.50 per hour. Shifts are Fri-Sun 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. A valid driver’s license is required, and the job supports flexible scheduling through Claim a Shift.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies in a retail store environment.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, escalating matters per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to store representatives.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while presenting a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees per security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of all areas including entrances and stock rooms.
• Observe/report suspicious activity to leadership and store staff.
• Maintain logs and incident reports with professional conduct.
