Job summary

All Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer with an active DoD Secret Clearance for the Roy, UT location. You will provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors, perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and document activities following site procedures.

This role offers a weekend schedule (Sat 06:00-14:00, Sun 06:00-14:00) and requires a DoD Secret Clearance. Allied Universal emphasizes a people-first culture with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Guard Card or license preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at aerospace/defense location while following policies and procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms and incidents calmly, following reporting/escalation procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking and perimeter areas and report anomalies.
Monitor access to controlled areas, verify credentials, document activity.
Prepare daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs for leadership.
