Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation per site requirements.
