Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver with a DoD Secret Clearance for Roy, UT. You will provide security, patrols, and access control while delivering excellent customer service in a defense/aerospace setting.

Schedule: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM. Pay rate: $23.62 per hour. This role emphasizes integrity, reliability, and teamwork within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a defense and aerospace location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas; verify credentials and visitor authorization in accordance with site requirements; and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and required shift information accurately and timely.
