Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors and guests.
• Conduct regular campus patrols and deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and medical situations calmly and coordinate with responders.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and campus information.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications.
