Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a warehouse patrol in Hagerstown, MD. Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site requirements for a food production environment.
• Document observations and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
