Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, process entries, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly according to protocols.
• Regularly patrol access areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Report access concerns or policy violations to site leadership.
