Qualifications

• Candidate should have 1+ year of security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background screening as required by law.
• Background- and drug-screening requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, families, visitors, faculty, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access protocols.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify authorization, and maintain visitor records or issue credentials.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and alarm notifications; report unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following school procedures.
• Support a welcoming educational environment through clear information and coordination with school administrators.
