Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Visitor Arrival Driver in Boston, MA. You will greet visitors, verify credentials, monitor access, and respond to incidents as part of a frontline security team at a healthcare location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license as required by Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by implementing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors at the front desk, verify ID and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor facility access and report unauthorized entry or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established response protocols.
• Assist with directing visitors and communicating professionally with healthcare and laboratory personnel.
