Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Credential Issuance Security Officer in Boston, MA. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, maintain visitor and vehicle access records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Education
