Allied Universal in Nampa, ID seeks a Part Time Security Officer to provide on-site protection and excellent customer service. You will conduct unarmed patrols, monitor access, report suspicious activity, and assist with emergencies in a technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access activity and follow site procedures for visitor management, credential checks, and contractor entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and support emergency response as needed.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs, communicating observations to site leadership.
