Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors at a government port facility.
• Verify identifications and access credentials to control entry to restricted areas.
• Monitor entry/exit points, vehicle traffic, visitors, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
