Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entry points, trailer yards, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access of employees, visitors, and delivery drivers and direct them to appropriate areas.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and report to site contacts and leadership.
