Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or policy concerns.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unwanted activity and support site operations.
