Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Salinas, CA. This role features fixed weekend shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, increasing earnings and experience across sites.

Pay rate is $20.16 per hour. Ideal candidates provide reliable service, adapt to changing schedules, and support a safe healthcare environment while maintaining compliance with site policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the healthcare facility to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and compliance.
• Document incidents and activities in accordance with site requirements.
