Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of background checks and drug screening; schedule includes daytime and night shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential policy violations, and security-related concerns, and report observations to appropriate site personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and other site-specific responsibilities while maintaining a professional presence.
