Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal. Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security-related procedures at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify authorized entry; document visitors and incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Maintain an orderly environment by monitoring loading, shipping, and employee traffic areas.
