Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution center facilities and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and document activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with proper escalation.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate hazards or violations to leadership.
