The position requires a minimum of 2 years in security, badge/access-control experience, and compliance with licensing and background checks. The role offers flexible day schedules and opportunities across retail and distribution sites.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience (or equivalent).
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or security license preferred.
• State/local license for security work preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution center and surrounding areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, clear communication to leadership and responders.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately, in line with policy.
