Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site procedures, access control, and emergency responses at a logistics location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and personal belongings per site rules.
• Operate screening equipment and report prohibited items or policy violations to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
