Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as conditions of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail associates by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns and policy violations.
• Support a professional, welcoming retail environment through courteous communication and accurate incident documentation.
