• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and unauthorized access, reporting observations per site procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter theft and support a safe shopping environment.
