Marksman Security LLC is seeking Part-Time / FLEX Security Officers at Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant – Liberty, NC. The role is boots-on-the-ground with weekend and holiday availability and a $17.50 per hour base pay. Perfect attendance bonuses are offered for full shift attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Valid state security license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service and 1 year of security experience.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and respond to shifts.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly.
• Manage guest/visitor access and log arrivals.
• Verify credentials of individuals and vehicles.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; report security issues.
• Patrol interior and exterior perimeters for risks.
• Respond to alarms, fires, or emergencies; contact responders.
• Maintain visit logs and inform residents of arrivals.
